This is the heavy duty Minelab bungee cord featuring a thicker 6mm cord.

This heavy duty Bungee allows for fast adjustment of your Bungee tension for varying terrains. The (trademark) QWEEGEE clamps onto the upper shaft and has an adhesive pad to lock in in place. Adjustment is by pulling the cord out of the locking slot to a new position and then sliding it back into the slot. Quick adjustments are possible to maximise detecting time when going from the flats into gullies or uphill etc. The thicker cord is also stronger than standard cords.

This is a quick release type bungee cord that is available in both 6mm thick and 8mm thick cords. The 6mm is suited for the smaller coils as it has more stretch or recoil, while the 8mm is suited to the larger and heavier type coils.
